   Senior Information Security Engineer – Contractor
	Performing vulnerably/penetration tests for VISA/MasterCard PCI testing of customer web facing machines and sites, including testing, evaluating and compiling reports.  PCI is a required testing mandated by VISA/MasterCard to assure that Internet facing network/machines are safe from hacker intrusion and customer credit card information is secure.

MBNA America, Wilmington, Delaware                                                                       1999-2000
   Senior Information Security Engineer – Security Operations,  2002-2005
Coordinated the operation of three Information Security test labs and scheduled the efforts of four security engineers who had the responsibility to perform penetration and vulnerability testing of new and modified MBNA web sites using Ethical Hacking methodology.
•	Evaluated internal MBNA network security and recommended changes to strengthen security and maintain best practices.
•	Web application testing of third party venders.
•	Evaluated new security software for use in the MBNA environment.
•	Established and maintained security vender relations.
•	Educated new hire employees on security measures of the corporation.

Senior Information Security Architect,  1999 – 2002
As an architect, I provided guidance and/or approval to business units concerning products, projects and infrastructure being installed or reengineered in the network.  Our practice was to get the job completed in a timely manor, with the proper security level needed to maintain the integrity of the company.
•	Project Leader to select a centralized access administration solution to cover all 26,000+ employees in locations in US, Canada and UK.
•	Responsible for developing (COTS) third party product evaluations methodology.
•	Wrote (SDR) System Development Requests and business requirements for needed security projects with costs of up to 2.5MM.
•	Technical lead of the Access360 and Waveset Proof-of-Concepts projects.
•	Member with the Incident Response Team, ran drills and alerts of the MBNA Perimeter Security Network (PSN).
•	Assisted planning and assembly of Information Security/CID test lab.
•	Developed and delivered project presentations to upper management. 

InterNet Delaware, Inc.  - Founder and CEO, Christiana, Delaware	1994 – 1999
Opened in 1994, I grew Del.Net to 1500 plus dial-in accounts in four states, over 500 hosted web sites and provided worldwide access to all customers. Sold in 1999 when I went to work at MBNA Security Department.
§	Started and managed an Internet service provider (ISP) company that supplied Internet access, web hosting, and web page development to the Delaware Valley.
§	Company primarily used Windows NT 4.0 servers with IIS, NTMail, SQL, Ascend and Lucent (PM3s) Network Access Servers with Cisco routers.   
§	Original member of Microsoft’s Site Builders in 1995.
§	Applied for and administered hundreds of domain names for DelNet and customers.
§	Still running http://Mailcave.com as a personal web site.

§	1983 wrote computer software that ran the business.
